Back by popular demand after their SOLD OUT concert in 2026, Schmaltz & Pepper serve up classy klezmer- chamber music and jazz infused with schmaltz! A uniquely virtuosic and entertaining chamber ensemble performing original music inspired by klezmer, Yiddish swing, jazz, and classical music. This groundbreaking ensemble features the extraordinary talents of Eric Abramovitz, the principal clarinetist of the Toronto Symphony and the Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist and arranger, Drew Jurecka, virtuosic violinist/vocalist/composer, Rebekah Wolkstein, founder/leader of the acclaimed Payadora Ensemble, Juno-nominated bassist, Michael Herring, and Juno-award-winning pianist, Jeremy Ledbetter. This ensemble is redefining the traditional boundaries of Yiddish music, blending classical mastery with innovative compositions and soulful arrangements.

Parking: Location: Parking & Valet Services Free parking is available in the lots adjacent to the venue along NE 188th street in front of the Aventura Community Recreation Center and the Aventura City of Excellence School Valet Service: Valet Service is available for most performances at $10 per vehicle. All patrons can find valet parking in front of the venue in the circular driveway.
Accessibility: Wheelchair Seating - Orchestra A100, A113, L100, L124, Box A 16, Box B 15. Up to 3 companions per accessible patron. Sight and Hearing Seating: call the box office to inquire if available at 877.311.7469.
